5 Holiday Cocktails (and a Mocktail) That Will Impress Your Guests

Sparkling Flirtini

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 ounces of Orange Vodka
  • 1 ½ ounce of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 ½ ounce of Cranberry Juice
  • Red Moscato
  • Orange Slices and mint for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  • Pour vodka, pineapple, and cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake to combine
  • Pour until halfway up two martini glasses
  • Top to the brim with your favorite champagne

Cranberry Orange Whiskey

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 oz Cranberry juice, unsweetened
  • 2 oz Ginger beer
  • 3 oz Orange juice
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 2 oz Whiskey
  • Rosemary sprigs and whole cranberries for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients except ginger beer to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain into chilled glass
  3. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with orange peel and fresh rosemary and whole cranberries (optional)

Mistletoe Maroon Mimosa

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cranberry juice cocktail
  • Your favorite Merlot
  • Your favorite Champagne
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs and fresh cranberries for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Fill each champagne flutes 1/3 full with cranberry juice cocktail
  • Add a splash (or two) of Merlot
  • Fill the remaining 2/3 of the glass with champagne
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and fresh cranberries (optional)

Fresh Fig & Lavender Spritz (Mocktail with a Cocktail option)

INGREDIENTS:

  • fresh Lavender sprig
  • 2 fresh Figs
  • half Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • Ice (half crushed, half cubed)
  • Club soda

DIRECTIONS:

  • Break off a few lavender leaves from a lavender sprig
  • Rub the leaves together in your hands and drop them into your shaker
  • Add the lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey
  • Cut one of your figs in half and scrape out the insides into the shaker
  • Top shaker with ice and shake until chilled
  • Strain liquid into a coupe glass (or glass of choice)
  • Fill glass with crushed ice and fill to the top with club soda
  • Garnish with the remainder of your lavender sprig and half of the second Fig
  • Add an oz. of vodka or gin to make this a full cocktail recipe

Rosemary Bourbon Grapefruit Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 sprig Rosemary, fresh
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice, fresh
  • 3 oz Grapefruit juice, fresh
  • 1 Soda water
  •  Ice
  • 2 oz Bourbon

DIRECTIONS:

  • Fill your shaker with ice and add the bourbon, grapefruit juice, fresh lemon juice, honey, and a small piece of fresh rosemary
  • Shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds
  • Strain into a glass filled with ice
  • Top off with club soda, sliced grapefruit, and a fresh sprig of rosemary
